Halftime HIIT Workout

  • Join the ranks of the top college marching bands in the nation who have used our college-specific marching band workout.
  • College marching bands have unique physical demands. Members are asked not only to perform high-energy halftime shows, but also often perform from sunrise to sunset on a college gameday. Many bands have long parades as well as extra performances that are a part of their football season traditions.
  • We’ve created our Halftime HIIT Workout specifically for these purposes. Your members will go through exercises that both build marching skills and physical endurance.
  • College marching bands across the country have utilized this workout to start their rehearsals, including Marching Mizzou, Clemson University Tiger Band, the University of Alabama Million Dollar Band, and the University of Western Carolina’s Pride of the Mountains Marching Band.
  • We teach your student leadership team to run rehearsal warm ups, quick workouts, and game day stretch routines. We coach your leadership team to engage their peers, and create fun workouts that your band will enjoy participating in throughout the season.
