Winter Winds Workout: $99

  • Our winter winds workout is specific to the needs of winter winds ensembles.
  • Each program progresses through 3 phases of increasing difficulty throughout the season.
  • Warmups and workouts are intended to be done at the start of each rehearsal, and led by your student leaders.
  • The workouts require your ensemble to commit to two 15-minute workouts per week – THAT’S IT!
  • The programs are in PDF format with demonstrational videos.
  • A virtual clinic training session with staff and student leadership is recommended in order to get the best results. We want to coach your staff and students on how to implement the programs safely and effectively.
