Beginners, start with our FREE “Couch to Corps Workout”. This program is designed to help you audition stronger than your competition. Begin this workout as part of your preparation for your audition camps so you arrive to camp ready for any challenge.

Couch to Corps Workout
Who It’s For: drum corps auditionees and advanced marching band members
What It Is: a 6-week progressive workout system designed to meet the demands of world class marching
Time Commitment: 3 workouts per week, 30-45 minutes per workout
Goal: take you from a beginner fitness level to being ready for a drum corps camp

The Ultimate Drum Corps Workout: $249

  • Unlock the preseason training secrets of our world class drum corps partners!
  • This program is for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. We recommend completing our “Couch to Corps Workout” before starting this plan.
  • This program is three months long. Each month has a corresponding phase that progresses in difficulty, and gets you closer to your drum corps fitness goals.
  • You will need access to gym equipment in order to perform the workouts as prescribed.
  • This is only for the drum corps member that is serious about showing up to spring training in the best shape of their lives.
