15-Minute Marching Band Workout
- Our flagship program has helped over 60 marching bands across the United States, including multiple Bands of America Finalists and State Champions.
- This three-phase program meets your band at the level of the most sedentary student, and progresses your group throughout the season to meet the physical demands of their show.
- It is designed to replace time lost doing out-dated stretching routines, and give bands a strong foundation of fitness and movement skills.
- This program is our most involved, and is only implemented in conjunction with a virtual or in-person clinic where we teach your staff and student leadership team to run the plan.
- Your program receives an annual license to all workout documents and videos. Directors and staff also receive community support in a private “Marching Health Educators” Facebook group.

The Ultimate Drum Corps Workout
- Unlock the preseason training secrets of SouthWind and Carolina Crown! We partner with drum corps to train their members on everything they need to be physically prepared for a drum corps season.
- Our program is designed to begin in January and systematically progress members to spring training fitness level. We start with the end in mind for where the performers need to be by August. We set fitness benchmarks for members to meet, and allow them to track their progress along the way.
- We also have programmed educational materials to engage the members on key health topics as they plan for the season.
- This is only for the drum corps that is serious about mitigating spring training injuries and improving the health and wellness of their membership for the entire summer

WGI Workouts
- Our WGI workouts are specific to each ensemble type – winter percussion, winter guard, and winter winds
- Each program progresses through 3 phases of increasing difficulty throughout the season, with a customizable 4th phase for training needs that are specific to your show
- The workouts require your ensemble to commit to two 15-minute workouts per week – THAT’S IT!
- The programs are in PDF format with demonstrational videos
- A 1-hour virtual clinic training session with staff and student leadership is recommended but not required
