Unlock the preseason training secrets of SouthWind and Carolina Crown! We partner with drum corps to train their members on everything they need to be physically prepared for a drum corps season.
Our program is designed to begin in January and systematically progress members to spring training fitness level. We start with the end in mind for where the performers need to be by August. We set fitness benchmarks for members to meet, and allow them to track their progress along the way.
We also have programmed educational materials to engage the members on key health topics as they plan for the season.
This is only for the drum corps that is serious about mitigating spring training injuries and improving the health and wellness of their membership for the entire summer
