Who It’s For: Drumline members who need stronger back, hips, and core muscles for carrying their instrument.

What It Is: a weekly workout series designed to be repeated for 4 weeks. You’ll complete a Fitness Assessment on Day One, and repeat the assessment after completing the program in order to track your progress.

Goal: improve strength and fitness to carry heavy marching percussion instruments.
